Annual Death Literacy Survey 2024

Dear valued friends of Busselton Hospice Care Inc.

In preparation for World Compassionate Communities Day on November 1, 2024, Busselton Hospice Care Inc. is launching its first annual Death Literacy Index survey – see flyer attached with QR code.

This survey, validated by the Death Literacy Institute in Australia, will help us compare results with other regions and learn more about the community we live and work in. We’ve included additional demographic and BHCI specific questions to better tailor our free services to the community.

This survey aims to understand how people living in Busselton, Dunsborough and surrounding communities perceive dying, death, and bereavement.

Participants can win prizes by sharing their contact details in the survey. The survey ends 22 November 2024.  Please share through your local contacts also.
